  1. I love float therapy, ice baths, snacking on good stuff, and laughing with my kids. I'm also the co-host of a podcast about spirituality and healing.
  2. I can't live without snacks!
  3. I have the ability to find humor in almost any situation. With that, I can retell a story and use it to make people laugh and smile.

Meo was amazing. We were disorganized and flustered (and probably awkward to shoot) and she never batted an eye. She was fun, down to earth, patient, and really listened to the vibe we were going for.
